I am never eating chocolate doughnuts before bed ever again. I had a astral projection journey. It was very strange. The thing about astral projection is, when you experience it. It can be like you're traveling through a mirror. Things will often be inverted so you will feel like you go through the void in reverse. At one point I met what seemed to be a witch or a shaman in a cave. She was Almost like a exact reflection of myself. But in a female from. We were sitting across from each other and we had these odd multicolored spriral shaped incense. That almost looked like magic mushroom spirals, I would light one as place it on the altar, or whatever the wooden thing was in front of us. And they would light one as say some words like a incantation, that was undistinguishable. At one point I was in a city that was unfamiliar. It seemed to be Europe or England it had cobble stone roads. It seemed like I was going around this strange town in a circle. I believe I found the portal or what I was traveling to at the end. The astral plane can be confusing being things may be inverted like a mirror which can be disorientating.
